Prolific Consulting Group was founded by Joseph Pfeffer after more than a decade in behavioral health operations. As Executive Director at treatment facilities in New Jersey and Massachusetts, Joseph didn't just consult — he built, launched, and ran programs from the ground up.
He navigated DMHAS and BSAS licensing. Prepared facilities for Joint Commission surveys. Developed policies, hired staff, managed census, and dealt with every operational challenge that comes with running a treatment center.
When colleagues started asking for help launching their own facilities, Prolific Consulting Group was born. And when those same facilities needed websites, marketing, and digital systems, we built that capability too.
Today Prolific serves two types of clients: those building healthcare businesses and those building digital presence. In both cases, we bring the same thing — deep expertise, real execution, and no excuses.
