Information you choose to share
The project inquiry form collects your name, email, company, selected service, and the project information you provide. The course interest form collects your email and selected topic. Please share business project information only; do not submit patient records or sensitive health information.
How your information is used
Prolific uses project inquiries to respond to your request and discuss a potential engagement. Course interest information is used to share relevant course updates. To ask a question about your submission or request removal from the interest list, email Joseph@prolificconsultinggroup.com.
Website services
This site is hosted on Netlify, which processes form submissions and technical request data. Fonts are provided by Google Fonts. Interactive visual experiences may load Spline. These providers process requests needed to deliver their services.
On the live website, Google Analytics is used to understand website usage and inquiry activity. Form field contents such as your name, email, and message are not included in our analytics conversion events.
